Warehouse Associate – Tire Shipping & Fulfillment

Location: East Norriton, PA 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour

Position Overview:

Allen Rubber Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our growing eCommerce tire sales operation. This position is responsible for accurately picking, handling, packaging, and shipping tires to customers throughout the United States.

This is a physically demanding role that requires employees to be on their feet for most of the workday and perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and moving of tires throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare tire orders for shipment
• Load, unload, and move tires throughout the warehouse
• Package and label shipments accurately and efficiently
• Verify order accuracy and shipping information
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided as needed)
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse work areas
• Assist with receiving incoming tire shipments
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience handling tires, automotive products, or heavy inventory is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for shipping and order processing systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move tires repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 75 pounds
