Wellness Supervisor

The Elite ALF at Naples is hiring a Wellness Supervisor to join our caring and professional Wellness team!

What You'll Do

• Work closely as an assistant to the Wellness Director to maintain quality care and compliance.
• Lead and support Med Techs and Resident Assistants.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate MAR documentation when assigned.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members.
• Provide compassionate resident care and support daily activities of living.
• Supply Inventory and ordering.
• Tasks as assigned by the Wellness Director.

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida 6-Hour Med Tech certification required
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• 1–2 years of assisted living/healthcare experience preferred
• Previous Lead Med Tech or leadership experience preferred
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Must pass required Level 2 background screening
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements. Information regarding Florida care provider background screening standards is available through AHCA.
