Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Multiple Shifts Available

iStaffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician (Mechanic) for a company located in Buena Park, CA! We are looking for a mechanically inclined professional with experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to help keep production operations running smoothly.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

All shifts are Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect equipment, check fluid levels, replace filters, grease bearings, and repair or replace damaged parts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues to identify causes and implement repairs.
• Install, adjust, test, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain maintenance records, complete checklists, and prepare maintenance reports.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or equipment repair preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, power tools, industrial equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic understanding of electronics and equipment controls preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and complete maintenance documentation.
• Experience operating industrial equipment, such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks, is a plus.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
