Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license & Nursing diploma
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months, including PPD and MMR documentation
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must have completed or be willing to complete Connecticut Department of Education fingerprinting.
