• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime: Up to 20 hours per week available and required as business needs dictate, including weekends and holidays

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Maricopa, AZ. This is not a forklift-only position. Team members are expected to assist with material handling, warehouse operations, housekeeping, and general facility maintenance to help ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
• Monitor and maintain fluid levels, including oil, fuel, and water
• Supply production and packaging lines with pallets and materials
• Remove finished products and wrap pallets using stretch-wrap equipment
• Store materials and inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory counts and stock verification
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing debris, organizing materials, and cleaning equipment
• Follow all company safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Support additional warehouse and facility tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and rain
• Basic math and communication skills
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
