Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with urgent or critical illness, emergency care needs, and non-urgent conditions
• Triage patients according to care requirements and acuity
• Perform ongoing assessment of patient condition and deliver immediate interventions as needed
• Provide discharge teaching to patients and families
• Deliver care across a broad range of populations including pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate effectively on an inter-disciplinary level, communicating appropriately based on each individual's intellectual level and physical ability

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN License required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• CPI or MOAB certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency department setting
• Experience caring for diverse patient populations across all age groups
