CMM Operator

The CMM Operator performs dimensional inspection of CNC-machined, aerospace, and automotive components throughout in-process and final inspection workflows. This role executes and edits existing CMM programs, interprets blueprints and GD&T requirements, documents inspection results, and supports accurate, reliable quality measurements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and edit existing CMM programs for component inspection.
• Inspect CNC-machined, aerospace, and automotive components.
• Perform dimensional measurements using coordinate measuring equipment.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and analyze GD&T requirements.
• Complete in-process and final inspections.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Support CMM equipment calibration and measurement accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating a coordinate measuring machine.
