Job Description
Attention Electricians! We have an immediate hiring need for a Journeyman Electrician.
Work and around the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs
Your background should include 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting and have commercial experience.
This is NOT a maintenance role.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Experience in commercial and manufacturing/industrial environments
- Skilled at installing straight pipe and bending EMT, MC, and rigid conduit
- Perform electrical installations, upgrades, panel terminations, and equipment hookups
- Raceway and cable tray installations
- 5 years of experience with new construction or additions to manufacturing companies
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Install lighting systems, fixtures, outlets, and retrofit components
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical and building codes
- Able to work independently and deliver quality workmanship.
- Maintain a safe, productive work pace and dependable attendance
