The hourly range is based on clustered visits: we schedule visits close together so nurses can complete up to 2 visits per hour.

What you’ll do
- Skilled nursing visits under the RN’s plan of care
- Medication administration visits, including insulin and GLP-1 injections
- Wound care, vital signs, medication setup and teaching
- Report changes in condition to the RN/clinical manager
- Document each visit the same day in our EMR
- Clock in and out with our visit verification (EVV) app at every visit
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS
- Home health experience preferred; injections and wound care experience a plus
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Smartphone for visit verification; comfortable documenting on a phone or tablet
- Dependable, organized and comfortable working independently
