Patient Care Coordinator - LPN/MA/Phlebotomist - 9am-5pm, 4 days/week

Gameday is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator at our North Cincinnati (Evendale) office. Expected start date: mid-late Oct, but can be flexible.

Ideally, this is a hybrid position where we find an individual who has LPN/MA experience. The PCC's top priority is the front desk role, while jumping into a medical role when circumstances necessitate.

The full-time schedule will be Mon-Thu. Typically 34-35 hours/week.

Our pay range is intentionally wide. $20-$27. We will hire the best candidate regardless of medical licensing. However, hourly pay will be determined based upon experience, licensing, and qualifications.

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text.

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text.

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials.

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff.

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment.

- Performing blood draws when needed.

- Administering injections when needed.

- Assisting in our lab.

- Assisting with charting.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to multitask effectively.

- Problem solver.

- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.
