Job Description
*Commitment to caring for patients and partners
*Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
*Help patients with mobility: transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
*Feed patients and assist with meals, including special diets.
*Maintain patient hygiene and change bedding.
*Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses or physicians.
*Document patient information in a daily logbook.
*Provide physical support for daily living activities (standing, exercising, ambulation).
