Babysitter

We are looking for a great nanny for our 3-year-old twins in Bolivia. We would prefer someone who could help with fine motor skills with them. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My husband works all morning and as soon as he gets home, I immediately have to leave for my shift most days so on those days, we need someone here for about 2-3 hours so my husband can genuinely rest while the kids are being cared for.
