About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Medical Recruitment Strategies to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Pocatello, Idaho, 83201!

ER RNWe have 26 beds. We are a level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and accredited in STEMI care. We are also a tertiary care center for southeast Idaho.Unit accepts 1st time travelersCertifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS - required in hand at time of submissionCharting: EpicWeekends required50-mile radius rule, no local candidatesAdditional Role Expectations:Assess and prioritize patients in a fast-paced emergency setting, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate timely care with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and follow emergency and patient-safety protocols.Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain professional communication, and follow all applicable patient-safety, infection-prevention, and documentation standards.
