LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for multiple customer service-oriented individuals for a contract-to-hire Patient Scheduling role with a widely successful healthcare network located in the Indianapolis, IN area!
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients.
- Make outbound phone calls to referrals to set up new patient accounts for appointments.
- Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience required.
- Ability to multitask and use multiple screens required.
- Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F
Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
