Job Description

·         Lead the entire quality department, including 4 salaried Quality Engineers, 1 Quality Supervisor, and 16 hourly employees across 3 shifts

·         Drive process improvements throughout an investment casting operation

·         Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Manufacturing to advance metrics, quality, data, and quality systems

·         Serve as a member of the leadership team, applying high-level analytical thinking to deploy strategic resources that improve quality across the board

Requirements

·         5+ years of experience managing salaried staff

·         Background from the Aerospace, Automotive, or Medical regulated markets

·         BS Degree in Engineering preferred but open to BS Degree
