Remote Appointment Setter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

• Make 50–60 daily calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
• Engage senior-level decision-makers to identify business needs and sales opportunities.
• Conduct B2B market research and identify key contacts within target companies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare clear reports for clients.
• Manage multiple projects and participate in client calls to discuss market trends and lead opportunities.

Remote Appointment Setter Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B inside sales; IT or enterprise software sales preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven success in account management, business development, or meeting sales goals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
