The facility operates as an outpatient clinic delivering behavioral health and counseling services to an adult population. Clients present to the clinic on-site, and clinicians remain at the clinic throughout scheduled shifts. The clinic also maintains a satellite location that is covered on a weekly basis as part of the standard clinical rotation.

Las Vegas, New Mexico is a historic city situated along the Gallinas River at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The area offers access to outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, and exploration of nearby mountain terrain. The city features a historic downtown plaza surrounded by preserved 19th-century architecture, reflecting its role as a regional center with a rich cultural heritage. Residents and visitors benefit from proximity to natural landscapes, including access to Storrie Lake State Park and the surrounding high desert environment.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual therapy and complete treatment plans for a caseload of up to six clients per day on a full-time day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Two hours of administrative time per day are allocated for the completion of treatment plans. The clinician will cover a satellite clinic location once per week as part of the standard schedule. On occasion, the clinician may also be asked to complete a Clinical Intake and provide crisis services; the schedule will be adjusted accordingly when such duties are assigned.
