Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Director - Baltimore, MD

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (every other Saturday may be required)

Job Summary:

A newly established adult medical day care center in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Director to oversee nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, and help develop clinical policies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee nursing operations, participant assessments, and care plans.

·         Supervise medication management and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs).

·         Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

·         Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers.

·         Oversee infection prevention, emergency preparedness, and participant safety.

·         Support staff training, quality improvement, and clinical program development.

Requirements:

·         Active Maryland RN license or a valid multistate license recognized in Maryland.

·         Current CPR/BLS certification.

·         Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

·         Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

·         New graduate RNs with strong leadership potential are welcome to apply.
