Now Hiring: Production Workers - 1st & 2nd Shift | Rice, MN
Looking for steady work, competitive pay, and an opportunity with a growing team? Join a fast-paced food production environment where reliability, safety, and teamwork are valued every day.
Pay & Schedule- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $19.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM | $20.00/hour
- Guaranteed 32 hours per week
- Opportunities for additional hours available
What You'll Do
- Work on a fast-paced production line focused on food safety and quality
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Work in a cool, refrigerated environment (dress appropriately)
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food manufacturing procedures
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
