About who needs care: Good attitude as she deals with the onset of dementia; trying to bring in care to help with essential tasks, but also to ensure she doesn't spend the day only watching TV About the care needs: We have male care come to my mother's home, but that took her a while to get used to, so female caregiver is probably best. Someone with patience and a good sense of humor would do well with my mother. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
