Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I just had an organ transplant. I need help getting into an out of a car, transportation to and from appointments such as blood draws/dialysys/appointments/etc. About the care needs: I weight 190 pounds I need to use a "walker" to get around I need someone to help me get to where I needd to be be, wait and get me home safely so that this work/time effort doesnt fall on my wife. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
