Part time 3-11 cna

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable nursing assistant to join our team for a part-time evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to residents, helping to promote comfort, dignity, and well-being in a supportive care environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to the nursing team
• Support resident safety by following care plans, infection control procedures, and facility policies
• Help with positioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and general comfort measures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided as required
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and team members
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests within the scope of practice

Qualifications

• Current certification as a nursing assistant, where required by state or facility regulations
• Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or similar care setting preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and established procedures
• Dependable attendance and reliability for scheduled evening shifts
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks related to resident care
