CNA with Signing Bonus

Pay: $22.00–$27.00/hr based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time)

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring CNAs. You're the person our residents see most and count on most. We care for long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, and our CNAs work side by side with nursing and therapy every shift.

What you'll do:

- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals

- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking

- Follow each resident's care plan and let the nurse know when something changes

- Chart care accurately and on time

- Treat every resident with dignity and pull your weight as part of the team

What you need:

- Active CNA certification

- High school diploma or GED

- Able to lift and transfer at least 50 lbs

- CPR/BLS a plus
