Seeking Mature Caregiver with CNA Experience at Seniors Helping Seniors

Seniors Helping Seniors match mature adults with seniors who need help in order to remain living independently.

We're seeking an friendly In-Home CNA trained Caregiver for a male veteran in American Fork.

While we do not require a current CNA certification, past CNA type experience is required for this specific position. Need to be comfortable with the following types of care: safe transfers with gait belt and sara stedy sit to stand, changing briefs on bed bound male, sponge baths, meal prep and feeding assistance, helping client with assigned physical therapy exercises, light housekeeping, etc.

The hours for this position are M-F 10:30 or 11 am till 3:30 pm and then returning from 6-9 pm each evening.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of CNA experience

• Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.

• Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must

• All caregivers to pass a background check. A fair amount of people knowingly or unknowingly are already cleared and we can easily help you check. If not, it's a simple process we'll walk you through
