We're hiring a Plumbing Installation Technician. If you're an experienced install plumber with good character who takes pride in quality work and communicates well, we'd love to talk to you.

Pay

• $65,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and performance

• Your manager will walk you through our full pay plan in your interview

Schedule

• Typically 8 AM to 5 PM. It's the trades, so some days run longer than others.

• Techs also take turns on a rotating 12 PM to 9 PM shift that includes the weekend, followed by a 4-day weekend off.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential and commercial plumbing installations on time, on budget, and to our quality standards

• Stay in close contact with the install coordinator, your manager, and the estimator who sold the job, flagging changes or change orders early

• Build rapport with customers before and during every project, and treat their home or business with respect

• Lead and train apprentices assigned to your jobs

• Track inventory used and document your work with photos and video

• Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in working order

What We're Looking For

• Plumbing installation experience across residential and commercial systems

• Good character and a coachable attitude

• Your own hand tools for plumbing installs

• Strong organization, communication, and documentation habits

• Willingness to learn and follow our processes and join ongoing training

• A valid NC driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record, and the ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screen

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus; we'll train you
