Monday-Sunday Coverage

Hospital Coverage: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Overnight Pager Call Required

Minimum 2 Weeks Per Month Preferred

Weekday and Weekend Coverage Required

Ongoing Coverage Following Credentialing

Call Coverage

Beeper Call Required

Call Ratio: 1:2

Overnight Pager Call

After-Hours Emergency Procedure Coverage

Average Callback Frequency: 1-2 Times Per Week

Must Be Available for Emergency Interventional Radiology Procedures

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide Inpatient Interventional Radiology Services

Perform General Interventional Radiology Procedures

Perform Cerebral Embolectomy Procedures

Provide Interventional Radiology Coverage for Acute Stroke Patients

Perform Procedures Using Moderate Sedation

Evaluate Patients Requiring Image-Guided Interventions

Provide Emergency Interventional Radiology Services

Respond to After-Hours Procedure Requests

Participate in Overnight Pager Call

Manage Patients Before, During, and After Interventional Procedures

Collaborate With Hospital-Based Clinical Teams

Document Patient Care and Procedures in Epic

Board Certified or Board Eligible Within 5 Years of Residency - Required

Interventional Radiology Fellowship - Required

Minimum 2 Years of Clinical Practice Experience - Required

Active Minnesota Medical License - Preferred

Epic Experience - Preferred

ACLS Certification - Required

Experience Performing General Interventional Radiology Procedures - Required

Experience Performing Cerebral Embolectomy
