Investor Relations Analyst

Position:         Investor Relations Analyst Location:        Midtown, NY (Hybrid)
Salary:             80k – 90k + Bonus

Boutique Private Equity firm based in NYC seeks an Investor Relations Analyst to join their Team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and enhance the production of marketing and communication pieces as well as due diligence for retail private equity products
• Assist in data analytics for marketing-related materials and questionnaires

• Complete consultant and investor questionnaires and due-diligence materials
• Work on quarterly reports, fund summary and manager profiles
• Enhance marketing materials including press releases, presentations, fact sheets etc.
• Lead the due diligence request for retail PE products including questionnaires
• Write marketing and quarterly pieces for funds
• Respond to client inquiries
• Maintain client relationship database
• Work with team on investor inquiries and due diligence requests (DDQ, RFPs) and process

• Help coordinate annual meeting
• Assist in LP transfers
• Analyze data for marketing-related materials and questionnaires

• Prepare, create and review marketing-related materials and communications on behalf of the company such as firm presentations and press releases
• Assist in social media development
• Maintain the firm’s website
• Upkeep of the CRM data and the Investor Portal

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• 1+ Years experience in Investor Relations field
• A team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities is key to this role
• Strong attention to detail
