About the Role:
AlwaysNear Home Care LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Stockbridge, GA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families by delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support right in the home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress during each session
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy to clients in home and community settings
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and family members regarding client progress
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Stockbridge, GA or Metro Atlanta  area
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Must pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
