Mechanical Systems Reliability Operator‑Technician

Role snapshot

• Own reliability across mechanical systems: install, service, and repair diverse industrial equipment.
• Pinpoint root causes and resolve mechanical problems to keep uptime high.
• Operate machinery during repair and assist with operational duties when required.
• Alternate between independent assignments and collaboration with a seasoned maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of assessment test(s).
• 1+ year hands-on experience or formal education in print reading and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends included, with overtime as needed.

Safety & work environment

• Follow all safety procedures at all times.
• Use required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
• Expect industrial conditions that can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
