Job Summary – Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads, guides, and directs the operations of the healthcare facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.

Requirements

• A valid, unrestricted Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License

• Skilled nursing leadership experience required

• Minimum of 3 years skilled nursing experience required

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical operations

• Proven leadership and communication skills
