Alliance Homecare is looking for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team in East Orange, NJ.

We provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, and we’re looking for HHAs who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Caregivers with reliable transportation who can commute to East Orange, Bloomfield, Montclair, and West Orange are encouraged to apply!

What we offer:

• $21/hour starting pay + Weekly pay

• Flexible Shifts – 4 to 12 hour day and night shifts

• Paid orientation

What you'll do:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting

• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Take and record vital signs as directed

• Report changes in condition to the RN

• Provide care according to the client's plan of care

What we're looking for:

• Active New Jersey State HHA License

• 6+ months of HHA experience

• Fluent in English
