Position Overview:
The On-Call Rover plays a critical role in ensuring all shifts across various sites are covered. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and ready to step in when needed. On-Call Rovers are compensated at a higher rate due to their commitment to filling open shifts on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide security coverage for open shifts caused by call-outs, staff shortages, new site openings, and other urgent needs.
• Respond to shift requests within a four-hour call-in window based on the availability they provide.
• Work at various locations, with shift times and site assignments varying as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence and adhere to all site-specific and company policies.
• Communicate promptly with leadership regarding shift confirmations and any scheduling conflicts.

Position Requirements:

• Must be dependable and able to respond within the agreed call-in window.
• Flexible availability to accommodate fluctuating shift needs.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and site protocols.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
