About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based mental health services to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers

• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment progress

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/Licensed Clinical Psychologist)

• New York state licensure or eligibility for licensure

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a mental health setting

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work with older adult patients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
