What You Will Do

• Provide quality nursing care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment

• Assess residents and contribute to individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly

• Document nursing care, medication administration, and changes in resident status accurately

• Collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team to support positive outcomes

• Follow applicable state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility safety procedures

• Perform other nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri

• Current BLS/CPR certification as required

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and resident-care skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
