Onsite Sober Living Manager

• Understand, communicate, and enforce house rules and expectations.
• Facilitate and observe urinalysis (UA) testing.
• Oversee household cleanliness, maintenance, and general upkeep.
• Assign and monitor household chores.
• Report client behaviors, concerns, and rule violations to the supervisor.
• Report directly to the Sober Living Manager and Director.
• Conduct weekly house meetings.
• Complete daily curfew checks and bed checks.
• Assist with new client intakes and orientation.
• Prepare beds and rooms for incoming clients.
• Maintain and complete daily checklists and required documentation.

• Minimum of one year in recovery.
• Demonstrate compassion, accountability, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Be a responsible, productive member of the community and lead by example.
• Provide a copy of a current driving record.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
