• Entry Level Techs $25 - $30 per hour based on experience
• Ford Experienced Techs can earn $48+ per hour!

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and allâ€'make vehicles
• Complete multiâ€'point inspections and document findings clearly
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Communicate repair needs with advisors and support a smooth service flow
• Stay current with Ford training and evolving vehicle technology

Requirements: 

• Prior automotive technician experience (Ford experience a plus)
• Ability to diagnose efficiently and follow repair procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
