Director of Rehabilitation Services

Come join our management team! Adara Living is looking for a Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our management team. We are a privately owned 200+ long-term care patient facility located in beautiful Broomfield, CO.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the following rehabilitation services: Rehabilitation, Acute Therapy including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. The Director of Rehabilitation Services (DOR) position will oversee, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs associated with the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Services Department through the delivery of cost effective and quality services. Expected to exercise management responsibility over the areas ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinical team, and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree.

• Must be currently licensed in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for rehabilitation service operation.

• Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services and/or outcomes 

• Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered and of individual therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using pre-determined criteria.

• Provides management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective clinical programs.
