Nanny Needed

I am currently still on maternity leave, my husband goes on paternity leave until January. He has more of a set schedule but come the new year, it may change. My work schedule will always vary. Flexibility is a must. We will not need overnight care. Our baby will about 7 months around the time we need a nanny/sitter. We are type A personalities so as of right now she has a set schedule as far as feedings/nap time/bed-time. Still in the newborn stages. But when the time comes closer as we work with her and learn with her, we will disclose hobbies/interests and are open to suggestions.
