Before School or After School Work

I work in healthcare and need care for variable days/times. Morning shifts are from 6am-8 a.m. and involve dropping my daughter at daycare by 8 a.m. Afternoon shifts require picking her up by 5 p.m. and staying with both children until 8 p.m. I also work nightshift a few times month that would be from 6pm-8 a.m. My schedule is variable so flexibility is a must! Responsible for transportation (to daycare), dinner prep in evenings, bathtime/bedtime routine.
