Construction Site Laborer Major Tech Facility Project

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a crew supporting construction activities inside a major tech company facility. This is hands-on, physical work not IT, not a desk job. Day to day, you can expect to:

• Pull and route fiber cable throughout the facility
• Support installation crews with materials and inventory
• Work on and around lifts up to 40 feet high and act as a lift spotter
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Enter basic information into a Chromebook
• Follow strict safety procedures every day, no exceptions

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You'll start with a safety meeting, join your crew, and spend the day supporting fiber installation and site operations. Expect to be on your feet walking, lifting, carrying, and moving. If you're looking for a desk job, this isn't it. If you like staying busy and working with your hands, you'll fit right in.

Schedule & Pay

• $20/hr same rate regardless of experience
• Minimum 40 hours/week with strong overtime potential (50-60+ hours)
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts you must be open to all of them
• 7-day work weeks possible during peak periods
• Pay review at 6 months with expected increase based on performance and retention

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moncks Corner, SC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
