Behavior Analyst Mentee (BAM)

The Role

Arizona Autism is seeking a motivated Behavior Analyst Mentee (BAM) to join our Tucson team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing BCBA certification to gain hands-on clinical experience, complete supervised fieldwork hours, and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced BCBAs.

You will support the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans, collect and analyze behavioral data, and collaborate with clinical team members to help children with autism build meaningful skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring under BCBA supervision.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical notes, behavioral data, and progress documentation.

• Participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development.

• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other team members to support consistent, quality care.

• Follow BACB ethical guidelines, applicable state regulations, and company policies.

• Enrollment in, or plans to enroll in, a BCBA-approved graduate program.

• A strong interest in pursuing BCBA certification and developing a career in ABA.
