COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17/hour

• Flexible availability required between 7 AM–7 PM, Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed

• Must be available from 5:45 AM–10 PM (or until work is completed) on October 30th and November 3rd

ROLE IMPACT

Supporttheelectionprocessbyprovidinghelpfulcustomerserviceandbasictechnicalassistancetocallers.Thispositionisidealforsomeonewhoenjoyshelpingothers,learningnewskills,andworkinginafast-pacedenvironmentwhereaccuracyandreliabilitymatter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls and provide professional, friendly customer service

• Assist callers with basic technical questions and troubleshooting

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in computer systems

• Follow established procedures to ensure accurate and timely assistance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic computer and data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

• Strong customer service and communication skills, dependable attendance, and the ability to quickly learn new tasks
