Dale Brougher Fondation YMCA in Shrewsbury, you’ll help deliver a secure, positive space where kids can stay busy, happy, and cared for while their caregivers enjoy the facility.

What you’ll do:
- Supervise and actively engage children through age-appropriate play and activities
- Apply basic safety, health, and infection control procedures, including clean-up routines and bathroom habits
- Use appropriate discipline techniques and respond to emergencies as trained
- Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and on time
- Maintain confidentiality and report suspected abuse as a mandated reporter

What you’ll need:
- Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI Fingerprint clearances
- Mandated reporter training
- Minimum 500 hours of documented experience supervising and engaging children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; emotional maturity, inclusion, and engaging community competencies
- Ability to perform light physical tasks and lift up to 30 lbs
