What Your Day Looks Like:

• Run residential service calls from dispatch: repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
• Nail the diagnosis, then walk homeowners through clear repair and replacement options
• Educate customers so they make confident decisions, without pressure
• Leave every job site clean and every customer impressed
• Keep your truck sharp and represent Advanced Air like a pro
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation during peak summer season

Requirements:

 You’re Our Tech If You Have:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Drive to earn, and comfort with performance-based pay
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A reliable, team-first, professional mindset
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, with at least 5 years of driving history
• Comfort with a tablet, a smartphone, and GPS
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
