Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON, RN) to lead nursing operations and promote high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services and oversee daily clinical operations.

• Lead, support, and develop the nursing team.

• Monitor resident care, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness.

Requirements

• Active RN license.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.

• Previous DON experience preferred; strong nursing leadership experience considered.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $100,000-$115,000, depending on experience and facility census.

• Annual survey bonuses of up to $10,000.
