Front Desk Agent - Night Auditor

**THIS IS FOR FOUR DAYS APPROX. 32 HOURS**

THURSDAY 3PM-11PM (FRONT DESK AGENT-MOD)--

FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY 11PM -7AM AS AUDITOR (OVERNIGHT FRONT DESK MOD)

The Front Desk Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing duties in a manner that reflects our hotel’s vision, mission, and core values. RUNNING THE NIGHT AUDIT AND DAILY SHIFT REPORTS AND EMAILING THEM TO THE ASSIGNED CONTACTS.

Checking guests in and out, doing laundry, and keeping the lobby and common areas clean at all times.

MUST have open availability (weekends are a must).

It would be great if you have Hospitality Experience; CHOICE: hotel experience is a plus!

$14 - $15 hourly

• Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.

• Walking the property several times on your shift

• CLEANING AND LAUNDRY IS A MUST

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
