We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated individual with a strong background in **construction supplies, tooling, materials management, and industrial warehouse operations**.The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience managing warehouse personnel, maintaining accurate inventory, overseeing tool and equipment distribution, and coordinating materials needed to support construction or industrial projects.This position requires someone who can manage daily warehouse operations efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.## Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials.- Manage and supervise warehouse personnel, including receiving specialists, tool room attendants, and other warehouse staff.- Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and distribution of construction supplies, tools, and equipment.- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper tracking of materials and tooling.- Oversee tool check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accountability for company equipment.- Coordinate with construction supervisors, project managers, purchasing departments, and field personnel to ensure materials are available when needed.- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishing supplies.- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures and inventory management systems.- Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and construction materials.- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.- Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost control.## Qualifications & Requirements- **Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required.**- **Must have experience with construction supplies, tooling, equipment, and industrial materials.**- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material distribution.- Experience managing warehouse employees and coordinating daily work assignments.- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and supply chain processes.- Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing slips, inventory reports, and material requests.- Experience using computerized inventory management systems.- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or construction environment.- Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple priorities.- **Must be able to pass a drug screen.**- **Must be able to pass a job-related fitness test.**- **Must have a clean background.**## Preferred Experience- Warehouse management within large construction or industrial projects.- Experience overseeing tool rooms, equipment distribution, and construction material logistics.- Familiarity with inventory tracking software and computerized warehouse management systems.- Experience coordinating supplies and equipment for multiple crews or departments.- Knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial warehouse safety procedures.## Compensation & Opportunity- **Pay:** $35.00–$45.00 per hour DOE.- Competitive compensation based on qualifications and relevant management experience.- Opportunity to lead warehouse operations supporting industrial and construction projects.## Apply Today!Elevate Workforce is looking for qualified candidates with proven warehouse management experience and a strong background in construction supplies and tooling.**Call:** 251-662-1118, Option 2 **Text:** MANAGER to 251-322-4570**Elevate Workforce – We Bring the MANPOWER!** $35.00 - $45.00 Hourly
