MetroLINK is hiring a Director of Operations for a key management role overseeing the people and performance behind public transportation in the Quad Cities.

In this role, you will:
• Lead daily transit operations and service delivery
• Develop and coach Operations supervisors and staff
• Establish goals, performance expectations, and work standards
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence
• Promote safety, accountability, and compliance
• Use data to improve performance and service
• Partner with leadership and HR on staffing, employee relations, labor relations, and organizational priorities

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Transportation, or related field and 5 years of fleet operations experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience in logistics, transportation, unionized environments, safety-sensitive operations, or 24/7 service environments is highly valued.
