Restaurant Assistant Manager | Full Time | 40 hrs/week | Moyock, NC
$16 to $20/hour, based on experience, plus monthly bonuses

Most restaurant job ads read like a corporate training manual. Ours doesn't, because we're not a chain.

We make fresh, homemade pizza, subs, and wings, and we do it with a team that actually likes each other. We joke, we laugh, we have fun. We also know exactly what's expected of us, and we hit it. We need an Assistant Manager who leads the same way.

WHAT THE JOB IS

You run shifts alongside our manager and owner. You keep service tight, food quality high, and the team supported. You'll manage people, solve problems, and own your shifts like they're yours. Because they are. You report to the manager and the owner.

WHAT A FRIDAY NIGHT LOOKS LIKE

The tickets are stacking up, a driver's running late, and someone just called out. You don't flinch. You reshuffle the line, jump on the oven if you need to, keep the counter smiling, and make sure every pizza leaves looking like it should. Then you close out clean, set up the next shift for success, and go home knowing you ran it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• ServSafe Manager certified, or able to get certified within 30 days (we'll pay for it)
• Available nights, evenings, and weekends
• You lead with respect and clear communication
• You can laugh with the crew and still know when it's go time
• You own your results. No excuses.
• Restaurant shift lead or management experience is a plus. Attitude matters more.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Available to work: weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
