Clinic Manager

Location: Multiple clinic locations throughout the Greater Los Angeles area

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Salary: $80-100k

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Clinic Managers to lead daily operations within a community-based healthcare setting. This individual will be responsible for overseeing clinic performance, supporting staff development, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strong healthcare leader with experience managing clinic operations, leading teams, improving workflows, and supporting quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff
• Support patient access, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational growth
• Foster a positive, patient-centered culture across the clinic

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare leadership or clinic management role
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient workflows
• Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with day-to-day operational support
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
• Community health, primary care, or ambulatory care experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
